Volkswagen AG (VLKAF – Q1FY20) – Company plans to launch EV amid COVID-19.

Ford and Volkswagen plans to collaborate to make up to 8mn commercial vehicles as part of an alliance announced in 2019. Production of the jointly developed vehicles is expected to begin in 2022. The companies also confirmed that they will produce a new Ford electric vehicle for Europe, which will be
based on Volkswagen Modular Electric Drive architecture (MEB).
